I bought this as a very special gift for my daughter. I cannot fault Kelly in any way whatsoever, not only is the item so perfectly made but she couldn’t have done enough throughout the whole purchasing process to ensure complete customer satisfaction. It is a very challenging time for everyone during this lockdown due to the coronavirus, but Kelly went above and beyond, following up where the parcel was throughout the delivery process and keeping me informed along the way.
